Return Shipping + Payment:
All purchases are backed by our 30-day money back guarantee.
We gladly issue a full refund or store credit for purchases made in the last 30 days. Shipping costs and credit card transaction fees aren't returned to you when you issue a refund. Please allow 5 business days from the day we receive your item to be notified of your completed return.
How to Initiate a Return:Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. For returns for bikes, frames, and wheels please call us at (424)402-1455 or send an email to info@bikingbicyclegarage.com.You'll need your order number and email associated with the order.
Packaging & Shipping Your Return:
If returning a bike or wheelset, please make sure to package it properly using foam padding, zip ties, and hub protectors to minimize any potential shipping damage. Damage caused due to improper packing will be deducted from your refund.
All returned items must be in the same condition as they were when you received them and in original packaging. Clothing, footwear, helmets and parts must be returned in original packaging and with manufacturer tags (if applicable).
Returned orders must be received within 30 days of return request. Any items not returned in the condition they were received, without original packaging, and/or missing parts will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% or more.
