The original-style Shimano Ultegra mechanical drivetrain presents very well, with clean components and minimal visible signs of use. Most Bikes Shipped are 90% assembled - Front Wheel & Seatpost are removed in most cases to fit in Box as well as Handlebars are loosened and turned to their side. A simple Allen Key is what is needed to tigthen the Handlebars and typically the front wheel is Quick Release and easy to put back on front. Seatpost is easy to install by a simple Allen key.
