Compared to butyl tubes, a weight saving of 100 grams or more can be achieved for the entire bike. You can rely on the Aerothan Tube Race not only for excellent puncture protection, but also when driving downhill: it remains absolutely heat-resistant even with several emergency braking applications in quick succession with rim brakes.

Aerothan Tubes are made 100% (including the valve) from a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) and are therefore completely recyclable.

Most Bikes Shipped are 90% assembled - Front Wheel & Seatpost are removed in most cases to fit in Box as well as Handlebars are loosened and turned to their side. A simple Allen Key is what is needed to tigthen the Handlebars and typically the front wheel is Quick Release and easy to put back on front. Seatpost is easy to install by a simple Allen key.
